reading, crawling and sitting

So I guess we know why they say never forget about the small people....Charlotte is on the move and has somewhere to be! Trying to pull up on her crib and random things she finds. We are going to just wait to see where this goes....and how fast!

Emma Reid is loves the life of being four and everything that comes with it. Her clothes must be 4t! We have not reminded her that due to genes and Jesus, she's on the small size. We have started full speed on hooked on phonics and she is enjoying reading! She might talk us in circles in English and Spanish! Mrs. Jessie (our Spanish speaking nanny) comes to "play" with the children every week. She speaks only Spanish and Emma Reid is on a roll! Kevin and I are loving free translation.com !!! We have really enjoyed her and a few times I have come home and Emma Reid informed me she had cheesecake for lunch....well we know why Mrs. Jessie is "Sweet". Oh and sweet tea went with that lunch too! I just did not know what to say when I heard this.

A few snapshots of these sweet, sweet children......more to come.

Happy Mardi Gras

The Gamble Family are keeping busy and enjoying getting out more. Over the past few weeks we have taken lots of day trips. Atlanta, Birmingham and Enterprise. Keeping busy....if we stop we'll become home bodies!
Not much has changed since my last update. Just busy!
The Children and I will head down to Mobile next Sunday for a Mardi Gras visit! We'll see what this year has to offer...much different than past years....Children involved seams to do that to your Mardi Gras experience!
Easter will be here before we know it!
I'll let you know how the King cakes are this year! (let's hope for the sake of my four bedroom house....I am not the lucky receiver of a plastic surprise in my piece of the King cake!)
Love from Kevin, Lindsey....and our four tax deductions.

I threw in a Random picture from July fourth weekend 2008. We spent the weekend at the beach with my sister Ashley and her family. In the picture is Mills, Emma Reid and Emily.

The crazy Holidays are over and the cold is here! Emma Reid turned 4!!!! We have been busy planning her "Charlotte's Web" party! It was a BLAST! We are now trying to find fun things to do while the weather keeps us in! Emma Reid has learned to ride her bike Santa brought her and is really into the dollhouse Mommy and Daddy surprised her with on her birthday morning! She had a cupcake for breakfast and Mommy and Emma Reid spent the day out with her friends playing and having lunch! We topped the day off with ANOTHER cupcake and crashed from tons of fun and too much sugar. I tried my best not to be the picking mommy with food I let her eat...and just knew she loved her fun day of turning 4!!!! I will try my best to add photos more often and keep everyone posted.
As for the babies....Well...six months and counting...so sad, yet so fun. I am just loving this age, they are so darn sweet! Sullivan has TWO teeth, holds his bottle and just smiles all the time!

Beasley smiles EVEN MORE and loves attention......the whole holding and rocking thing...well she digs it.

Miss little Charlotte Ann ...the smallest of all. She weighs in at 12lbs and change and well, is crawling, and sitting up. I am just here to tell you, she will be the first to do anything physical...walk, run and tumble. She might be our little gymnast. We'll see. She is a thinker not quick to smile at you but will process your face and then grin and go about her duties of trying to overcome whatever she is "practicing" at that moment. It keeps her up at night....all this practice she does!!!!!!

I have noticed I wrote a tish more about Char-Char, in my life I am not trying to even out everything all the time, so maybe you'll get more on Ole' Sully next time. I just lovem' all so much.

On that note....Happy Valentines Day....xoxoxox~ all six of us.
